Creatine content and identity
Confirms the amount of creatine in each serving matches the label — and that it's actually creatine monohydrate, not one of the cheaper forms sometimes substituted for it.
Result: 5.38 g of creatine monohydrate per serving, against a 5 g label declaration.

Creatine purity screen
Creatine can carry two unwanted compounds: creatinine, a breakdown product that forms when creatine is stored badly or processed poorly, and dicyandiamide, a manufacturing residue. Neither belongs in a finished product. Most brands don't test for either.
Result: both below the level the instrument can measure.

Heavy metals
Lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury. These occur naturally in soil and can carry through into any ingredient grown or raised. Testing is how you know the level.
Result: all four in spec. Cadmium and mercury were not detected at all. Lead came in at 0.05 mcg per serving against a limit of 0.5, and arsenic at 0.07 against a limit of 10.

Microbiological panel
Salmonella, E. coli, staph, yeast, mold, coliforms, and total plate count — the standard safety screen for any powder. Run by a second ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory.
Result: clean across every marker. Salmonella, E. coli, and staph not detected; everything else below the reporting threshold.
Method: USP, outsourced to an external accredited laboratory
The wider panel, including gluten and soy.
Alongside the independent testing, every lot is screened at the manufacturing facility against a broader panel — each active ingredient measured against its specification, plus allergen screening. Where the two laboratories tested the same thing, the results agree.
Gluten
RETAIN contains no gluten-containing ingredients. It's produced on shared equipment in a facility that also handles wheat, so the finished product is screened to confirm what's actually in the bottle.
Result: not detected, at a detection limit of 1.0 ppm. The FDA threshold for a gluten-free food is 20 ppm.

Soy
Same reasoning. No soy ingredients, shared equipment, so the finished product gets screened.
Result: not detected, at a detection limit of 0.32 ppm.

Every active, against its specification
Creatine, collagen peptides, glycine, vitamin C, sodium, potassium, and magnesium — each one measured and compared to the amount declared on the label.
Result: all seven at or above the label declaration. The two creatine results, from two different laboratories, agree within 2.7%.

The supplement industry runs on trust, and it hasn't always earned it. Products get sold with proprietary blends that hide dosing, or with labels that don't match what's in the container.
Independent testing is the only real answer to that. It costs money and it happens every lot, whether or not anyone asks. We publish the results because a claim you can verify is worth more than a claim you have to believe.
