Shipping policy

Founding batch orders
Production is complete. Founding orders ship August 2026. You'll receive tracking by email when your order goes out. You can cancel anytime before shipment for a full refund.

Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping cost
Free shipping on the first 500 founding batch orders.

Free shipping on all subscription orders, including every renewal.

Shipping rates for other orders are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Delivery
We ship within the United States. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed — carrier delays are outside our control.

We don't currently ship internationally.

Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us at info@glymnutrition.com.

If your shipping date changes
If we can't ship by the date shown at the time of your order, we'll email you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, contact us at info@glymnutrition.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs may apply.
